Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior Editorial Roles (Sr. 1–7):
Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in Mass Communication, IR, or Media Sciences (minimum 2nd Division) with 8–15 years of relevant experience including newsroom or media management. English proficiency is essential. - Producers, Presenters, Reporters (Sr. 8–10):
Relevant Master’s/Bachelor’s with 2–5 years of experience in journalism, news presentation, or reporting. Excellent command of English required. - Technical & Design Staff (Sr. 11–16):
- Camerapersons: Graduate + 5 years experience in media production
- NLEs: Intermediate + 5 years experience in non-linear editing
- Graphic Designers: BFA/BSCS/BIT + 5 years in animation/design
- Social Media Producers: Media degree + 2–3 years managing social platforms
- Digital Marketer: MBA (Marketing) + 5 years experience
- Webmaster: Software/Computer Engineering degree + 5 years in web development
- Admin Support (Sr. 17–19):
- Executive Assistant: Bachelor’s in BBA/Communication + 2 years admin experience
- Office Boys: Middle pass
- Driver: Middle pass with 2–3 years experience & valid HTV/LTV license
