Qualification and Experience:
Environment & Social Safeguard Specialist (PPS-9)
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Environmental Studies, Science, Engineering, or Natural Resource Management.
- HEC-recognized local or reputed foreign institution.
- Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental and social management, especially in the health or education sectors.
- Knowledge of national environmental laws and international safeguard policies is preferred.
- Practical exposure to compliance and project implementation in the public sector is essential.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist (PPS-9)
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Demographics, Public Policy, International Development, Public Health, or Economics.
- Degree from a HEC top-10 ranked university or a reputed foreign institution.
- Advanced certification in M&E, statistics, PMP, or related fields will be preferred.
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
- Practical skills in designing M&E frameworks and tools.
- Preference for those with experience in health-related initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
