The Malakand Levies Department currently accepts applications for Sepoy (BPS-07) and Junior Clerk (BPS-11) positions, with 108 available Sepoy positions and 2 Junior Clerk positions. Candidates can submit their applications through the online portal at www.etea.edu.pk from July 1 to July 25, 2025.
The Sepoy position requires Matric certification and particular physical requirements, yet Junior Clerk applicants need an FA/FSc (2nd Division) and typing speed of 30 WPM.
The selection process begins with a physical test that takes place exclusively in Malakand before moving to a written examination that tests Matric-level subjects. The selection process allocates 80% of positions to general merit candidates while reserving 5% for martyrs’ families and 10% for women, and 5% for minorities.
Applicants need to finish biometric verification and pay the test fee while keeping the deposit slip for the test. The written examination will only accept candidates who succeed in the physical test, and candidates must present their original documents during the interview process.

- Print NADRA’s E-Sahulat Token from ETEA and get biometric verification done.
- After verification, download the Deposit Slip and pay the test fee via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- Submit the online application from July 1 to July 25, 2025.
- Keep the original deposit slip safe; it’s required for the test.
Important Notes:
- Physical tests will be conducted only in Malakand.
- Only candidates who pass the physical test will be eligible for the written exam.
- ETEA’s physical measurement is temporary; the final decision will be made by the Levies Department.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC.
- Original documents will be required at the interview stage.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
