The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSRC) is recruiting qualified professionals for key contract-based positions under the Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection.
The first contract term runs until June 30, 2027, but the project may extend its duration based on ongoing progress. The available positions include Project Manager, Procurement Manager/Specialist, Finance Manager, Communication Specialist, Training Officer, and IT/Data Officer, which demand particular educational backgrounds and health-related work experience.

Education & Experience Criteria:
1. Project Manager
- Qualification: MBBS + Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences
- Experience: At least 10 years in project management (health projects preferred)
2. Procurement Manager / Specialist
- Qualification: BS Hons + MBA in Finance, Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain (Top HEC-ranked universities preferred)
- Experience: 10 years in procurement with expertise in public procurement rules, bid evaluation & contracts
3. Finance Manager
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) or CA/ACCA/ACMA
- Experience: 10 years in financial management, preferably in public health sector
4. Communication Specialist
- Qualification: Master’s in Mass Communication / Journalism or equivalent
- Experience: 10 years in communication strategy for public health projects
5. Training Officer
- Qualification: MBBS + Master’s in Public Health (HEC recognized)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of organizing training/events in healthcare sector
6. IT / Data Officer
- Qualification: BS Hons in IT, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related + MBA
- Experience: 5 years in data analysis/management, health sector preferred
